THE CHAIRMAN: MR BANKOLE ANIMASHAUN

Bankole Animashaun is a Corporate Commercial legal practitioner with over three decades of experience in various facets of the law with specialties in foreign investment and property law. He is a partner with Animashaun, Animashaun & Associates, a family law firm established almost 60 years ago. He is a Notary Public and a member of various organizations such as the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Directors. He was involved in general practice at the beginning of his legal career and later on exhibited flair in land law specializing in conveyance, drafting, private client and legal consultancy in the area of land, property law and corporate/commercial law. He acts as a solicitor and is involved in large high value property transactions acquiring property for clients and also provides pragmatic advice for clients who require solutions to complicated company, corporate and property transactions and other asset and security documentation. He is a leading land and property law consultant in Nigeria.

He has attended several programs, seminars and conferences at home and abroad. He loves reading, travelling, exploring cultures and is a member of several social clubs as well as an active member of several non-governmental and charitable organizations with interests in the social, housing and health sectors and has received outstanding Humanitarian award from the General Hospital Lagos and the Methodist Church of Nigeria.  He was the Co chairman of the Committee for the Resettlement of Obalende Landowners set up by His Excellency Babatunde Fashola SAN, the former Governor of Lagos State. He is happily married with children.

As a seasoned administrator he is a pioneer shareholder and Director of The La Casera Company Plc. active non- executive director in various companies cutting across all segments of the economy such as Advertising, Hospitality, Industry, and Retail in Nigeria, Eastern Africa and Europe.

MRS. OLAJUMOKE MATILDA OTITOLOJU – PROJECT COORDINATOR

Olajumoke Matlida Otitoloju holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo  University, Ile-Ife. She is an old student of Federal Girls College Bauchi.(FGGC). She is an accomplish project coordinator offering a social welfare services. An advocate for children and community development. Visionary, challenge- driven, successful professional, natural and persuasive communicator with keen ability to energize and inspire individuals to work towards achieving a common goal. Resourceful professional with track records 13 years of coordinated roles.

She is an epitome if simplicity, candor,  image of generosity push her into social work, as she’s into voluntary/charitable humanitarian cause,  a champion tower of strength for the vulnerable children.

She’s a good organizer, a voice of truth and an ardent supporter of progressive ideals that are driven by deep care and concern for fellow humans. She is an advocate for the Family (Father, Mother ,Children and community).

PATRON: MR TADE ADEGBOYEGA AZEEZ

Mr Tade Azeez is presently in his second term as the president of Nigeria Referee Association and the vice chairman  Lagos state Football Association.He is a season retired arbiter and seasoned footballer.

SECRETARY: MRS OLUWABUKOLA OWONIFARI

Mrs Bukola Owonifari attended FGGC Bauchi, B.A. History from the prestigious University of Lagos, and Masters in International Relations from Middlesex University.She has over a decade Banking experience with Diamond (Now Access) Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank UK (Pioneer staff).She resigned from the banking industry in 2012 to start TootooLand Limited an organization which involves entertainment of children with various equipments to stimulate their sensory, confectioneries and sale of household detergent, bleach and air purifiers. She is presently the secretary of the organization.

BOARD ADVISOR: ENGINEER JOHN ASIEGBU

Eng.John Asiegbu is a Nigerian with vast knowledge and educational background.

He had B.Eng in mechanical Engineering from University of Benin, MSc in Oil and Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University United kingdom, Production Technology surface and Subsurface from University Texas USA, and serial certificate training from Canada. He is currently Quality Manager with West African Oilfield Services. He is chartered engineer with COREN.

AUDITOR: MR MICHEAL BABATUNDE ADESOYE ADEBAYO(MBA,FCA)

Michael Adebayo is chartered accountant and a certified tax and financial consultant. He is the head principal consultant at MBA Adebayo & Co. His specialised in the provision of statutory audit, tax and financial consultant, corporate accounting internal auditing.
